Shipping policy

WE SHIP ACROSS THE GLOBE. FOR DETAILS, REFER TO OUR BELOW MENTIONED SHIPPING POLICY 
INDIAN CUSTOMERS
1. Shipping within India for orders above Rs. 2999/- is free.
2. For orders below Rs.2000/-, flat shipping of Rs.150/- is chargeable.
3. We ship from our Hyderabad Office.
4. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart and Fedex.
5. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 7-15 business days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
6. Made on Order products take 10-15 working days to dispatch. We dispatch the products (above Rs.2000) as soon as they are ready. We do not wait for complete order to be shipped together so that customer can use whatever products are ready with us.
7. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex . The House of Hoor does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.

3. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
4. Made on Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch. We dispatch orders only when all the products in the order are ready.
5. The House of Hoor tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances.
6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
7. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
8. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
