RETURN AND REFUND
Return Policy at THEHOUSEOFHOOR
At The House of Hoor, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from The House of Hoor’s official website. Returns for items purchased through our authorized online and offline distributors will not be accepted.
Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy
Guidlines for a Valid Returns:
To ensure a valid return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Keep all product tags intact, and return the item in its original packaging.
- Ensure the product is unused and in an undamaged, unwashed condition.
Please take note that if you encounter any issues such as receiving missing items or incorrect products, we recommend sharing a video of your unboxing within 24 working hours of receiving the delivery. Claims regarding missing products without video evidence of unboxing may not be processed.
Once we receive your return shipment and it passes our quality check, we will send you a confirmation email promptly.
Returns are free of charge in cases where customers have received incorrect styles, wrong sizes, or damaged products. If the returned product does not meet our quality standards, we will return it to you
Please keep in mind that if your order was processed through different warehouses, any returns should be associated with the same package.
To initiate a return with The House of Hoor, please follow these steps:
- Create a ‘Return Request’ within the “My Orders” section on our website. Follow the prompts after clicking the ‘Return’ button. Prepare the item for pickup or arrange to ship it back to us based on the chosen return mode.
- We offer a pickup service to the address used during the order placement.
- Return of the orders can be placed only within a span of three days from the day of order delivery.
Alternatively, you can initiate a return request by sending an email to contact@thehouseofhoor.com. Please include your Order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email to facilitate a smooth process and prevent any confusion.
Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep, and you will receive an SMS notification on the day of pickup.
In the event of a failed product pickup after three attempts, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please contact our customer care at: [Your Customer Care Number].
Please take note:
The House of Hoor will not be held responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person during the pickup process.
If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, customers are responsible for self-shipping the goods, and we will reimburse shipping costs (up to a maximum of Rs.100).
Refund Policy
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
NOTE: Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad state.
